Guide for Sending Research Proposals by Mail (Post Service)


Important Notice: The best and fastest way to send proposals is via Online Submission. Proposals sent by post incur delays in almost all the stages of the evaluation. This type of submission is still available only for those researchers without a suitable internet connection.

In order to send your research proposal, first download the proposal form shown at the top of this page (a Word File), then after completion send it to the foundation. A group of prominent domestic and foreign judges will be appointed to study the received proposals, after judgment you will be informed of the result.

Currently, besides postal system, there is another option to send your proposal, which is e-mail. For acceleration of submission and investigation process, you are strongly recommended that, rather than postal system, send the completed form by e-mail. Send the completed forms (as attached Word Documents) to . In this case, the pages containing signature of the people contributing in the plan (page 9 of this form), and the signature of the applicant (page 14) by accepting the responsibility, is scanned and sent to the abovementioned e-mail address or faxed to the foundation. Moreover, the original copy of these pages must be sent by post, or submitted to the foundation when signing the contract. The proposals sent by e-mail, will immediately be studied and the delays of postal system may not affect them.

As before, those researchers, who have no access to internet, can send the printed copy of their proposal to the following postal address of the foundation:
